SEAMA

South East Asian Martial Arts covers the wide spectrum of tribal warrior arts of the region ranging from Silat to Arnis, Escrima, Kuntao and others. Unlike other martial systems, for the most part, these arts have preserved their original rawness and are rooted in blade cultures which make them ideal for the modern urban environment.

Arnis

Known also as Escrima or Kali as well as other names, the various arts that form what is generically called the FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) are some of the most effective real life techniques.

BALINTAWAK

This is one of the most exiting aspects of the FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) and is recognised as its close quarter experts.

Defcon

Filipino Street Boxing is our own expression of the empty hand aspect of the FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) as taught in the Defcon Applied Panantukan method, together with traditional boxing, and Silat aspects.

Silat

Silat is a collective word for a class of indigenous martial arts from the geo-cultural area of Southeast Asia.

Jeet Kune Do

Jkd is the philosophical approach to the study of various arts as pioneered by Sifu Bruce Lee and Guru Dan Inosanto.
