Known also as Escrima or Kali as well as other names, the various arts that form what is generically called the FMA (Filipino Martial Arts) are some of the most effective real life techniques. These arts have by in large remained undiluted as tribal warfare and adapt readily to modern urban settings.
Our particular approach follows as its core the system of Rapid Arnis as delivered through the London Arnis group. This is the ideal base as it is a well-tested hybrid that equally emphasises blades, striking weapons and empty hands, and adapt to other styles just as easily.
